St. John's wort infusion.
How to use:
For each cup to prepare, add a tablespoon of tea and add boiling water.
Leave to infuse for a few minutes, stirring once or twice.
Serve hot or cool with ice cubes.
Take preferably on an empty stomach.
Precautions:

It should not be used by individuals taking antiretrovirals.
