How to Order

Registering is not required, but it offers you unique advantages!

Get access to special offers and campaigns: You will receive coupons, offers, discounts and many news in your registered email!
Buy faster: Just fill in our membership form once and your information will be automatically inserted when shopping in the future.
Order history: You can always view your purchases.

Order in 4 simple steps:

1. Register or Login
If you are a new client, in order to take full advantage of all this website's features, you should register with your information or using your Facebook account. You will then be redirected to a new page where you will have to insert in further detail your personal information (complete and detailed address, tax registration number, telephone number...). After filling in all required fields, click on "Save".

Following this process, you can login on the website by inserting your registered email and password.

2. Browsing and Product Selection
To find the product you want, you can browse the Categories Menu or use the "Quick Search" option at the top of the page. To view product specifications, click on its name or image. You can also use the "Featured Products" and "Specials" menus to access products that interest you.

The price shown on each product page is the final one, including applicable VAT (postage fees are not included and will be added after choosing the delivery method).

3. Shopping Cart
By clicking "Buy" on a product, this will be automatically added to your "Shopping Cart", a feature that allows you to save, add and remove items, edit product quantities and check total final values (postage fees not included).

If you have already registered and logged in with your information, the contents of your "Shopping Cart" will always be available each time you access the website and even if you remove them or proceed to checkout.

4. Proceed to Checkout
When you want to proceed to checkout of products that you have added to your "Shopping Cart", click on "Buy" on the top right corner of the page or on the "Shopping Cart" page.

If you have not yet logged in after clicking on "Buy", a field to "Login" will appear on top of the "Proceed to Checkout" page. In case you have not yet registered on our website, you can continue shopping in a normal manner, never forgetting to properly fill in all required fields to place your order.

After receiving your order request, we will send you an email confirming it, along with the description of the products that you have ordered.
