When handling, do not hold the Microcell by the compressible container, as liquid may spill out when removing the lid.
Lubricate the mouthpiece by squeezing out a drop of liquid. Then insert the mouthpiece into the rectum and compress the container.
Remove the mouthpiece without releasing pressure from the container and discard the micro enema.
