Spread an amount equivalent to 2 peas of Eye Soothing Emulsion onto the tip of your ring finger and apply to eyelids. Smooth the upper eyelid with your index finger, the lower eyelid with your middle finger, starting from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner.
